Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website kaistonegroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Kaistone Investment Group USA LLC and its affiliates (“Kaistone,” “the firm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for use by individuals and entities considering, or already engaged in, a relationship with the firm. It is not directed at the general retail public. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that any information you submit is accurate and current.

Investor portal

The investor portal is restricted to current investor partners of the firm and is provided subject to additional terms presented at the point of access. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and to notify the firm immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. The firm may suspend or terminate portal access at any time, with or without notice.

Third-party content and links

The Site may include content from, or links to, third parties. The firm does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or websites. Access of third-party sites linked from the Site is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

The firm may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
